Vacature Solution Sales Manager - ERP Software
Unique opportunity to develop new business and manage sales within EMEA for a fast growing international Microsoft ERP software vendor.
Responsibilities and expectations:
- Working with the latest Microsoft technology;
- Having a lot of flexibility to organize your job;

- Working together with international teams, customers, network of partners and development teams for translating customer demands into future product roadmaps;
- Developing new business by selling solutions to customers directly or via the network of partners in EMEA;
- Organize and manage your sales region in EMEA;
- Achieving optimal client satisfaction as a trusted advisor, servicing internationally renowned clients and a network of partners;
- Become part of a winning team.
Qualifications required for being successful:
- Minimum 5 years of proven business development and sales track record in IT software solutions ERP, CRM, e-commerce or equivalent domains;
- Enjoys the entrepreneurship of taking full ownership of developing the EMEA market with our top of the line solutions;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Being a self-starter, operating both individually and as a team player;
- Willingness to continuously want to improve and develop yourself, and your team;
- Knowledge of and experience with consultative and challenger selling techniques to articulate value and conviction around the business case you offer in win-win partnerships;
- Experience with engaging and developing strong and trusting relationships with decision makers/key influencers within customer and partner communities;
- Experience with building sustainable and robust pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and account planning;
- EU-citizen, fluent in English;
- Ability and willingness to travel (inter)nationally.
- Experience with the rental and/or leasing industry is a big plus
- Experience in working with service organizations is a plus
