My roots are in marketing and sales and I have experience in the food, drugstore and pharma industry. I have always worked with consumer products; brand and private label. I have gained a wealth of experience due to the diversity of companies for which I have worked; nationally and internationally, from family businesses to private equity. From my experience I know which people fit well within various industries; this makes me special as a recruiter. My aim is to understand the client's needs as well as possible so that the further recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Study and work
After my commercial training, I started at C-1000 as assistant category manager. After that I worked on the manufacturer side where I gained my marketing and sales experience. I worked for international brands including Maaslander, Nivea, Kleenex, TigerBalm, Philips AVENT and Roter. The last ten years I worked as managing director for Bonduelle in the United Kingdom and for a company among the top-10 Healthcare companies. It was with great pleasure that I made the switch to recruitment; here I can be of perfect value for the entire recruitment process for both clients and candidates. My strength lies in targeted searches for every assignment.

As a recruiter I mainly focus on filling positions in the fields of Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain Management within the Food and Healthcare industry for both permanent and interim positions.

As companies and candidates have to develop new strategies due to the Corona virus, I can also contribute from my experience in determining their course; I am happy to be your sounding board or sparring partner.
