Executive Search
Employment Services uses its executive search tools to fill executive board positions, management and more demanding specialist positions. These are mostly positions with an annual salary of at least €100,000.
These positions are often career-defining roles in which care and quality in the search process – by which the 'perfect match' is realised – are essential. In-depth knowledge and understanding of the market and of your organisation or office are key. Not only for the client, but also for the candidate starting a new career path.
Due to our thorough search process, our extensive network and years of experience, we are able to operate very successfully. The figures speak for themselves: 95% of the positions we fill successfully and 90% of the successful candidates are still working for the client after 2 years. For decades, our consultants have been delivering tailor-made solutions that optimally meet the needs of our clients. From financial, commercial, logistics and technical management to operational and general management, we provide the perfect match to your specific needs!
The Process
In the selection process we look at experience and professional knowledge, but also at motivation, competencies, personality, the chemistry with management and board and the fit with the corporate culture. Even after placement, we keep in touch, both with you as a client and with our candidates. We are only satisfied when a candidate demonstrates long-term success.
The executive search process, from fact finding to completion of an assignment, consists of the following steps and takes an average of eight weeks.
1. FACT FINDING
Extensive fact finding with the client regarding business activities, culture, the vacant position, development opportunities, organisational objectives, etc., where all stakeholders involved in the hiring of the new candidate are discussed.
2. SEARCH
Approaching potential candidates with discretion and integrity in order to highlight the vacant position. Drawing up a long list of candidates.
3. SELECTION
Conducting interviews at the office, conducting a personality survey, possibly supplemented by an assessment. Drawing up a shortlist of candidates.
4. PRESENTATION
Presentation of the selected candidates on the basis of a comprehensive summary and interview report, including career, competency and employment conditions overview.
5. INTERVIEWS
Assisting the client (personally, if desired) with the round of interviews.
6. REFERENCE CHECK
Checking references with former employers or other bodies and/or persons.
7. ROUNDING OFF
Where necessary, supervising the employment negotiations until contracts are signed.
8. COACHING AND AFTERCARE
During the first year, we provide intensive coaching to the successful candidate to guarantee a long-term and successful mediation.
